We ship to any country that accepts DHL Express or Fedex shipments. Check yourcountry's requirements at Fedex or DHL.
It depends on where you are located. Orders processed in Australia will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. However please note that with Covid there can be lengthy delays. Please visit our shipping and returns page for more info.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. Clients are responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or fees incurred by the inbound arrival of their order. Delays may occur as your order is cleared through customs.
We know shopping online can be tricky so we are here to help! If you aren’t sure about fit or sizing, we will go the extra mile to offer size advice, measurements or photos, just send us a message!
Our aim to make sure our customers love our products. We only sell pre-loved pieces that are in excellent condition. Any issues with the garment will be clearly noted and photographed in the product listing.
Unfortunately we can only offer an exchange or credit note for items over $500 if the swing tag is still attached to your items.
