Given we sell a wide range of brands and designers, we cannot take responsibility for sizing issues for each brand. We encourage you to research the brand and their sizing charts before purchasing.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS
Please read the item descriptions carefully upon placing your order, as once-loved pieces are sold 'as is'. We undertake a thorough inspection of each piece prior to listing, sometimes clothing has slight flaws and these will be noted - this is all part of buying once-loved.
If an item is faulty please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt. Once your return has been approved please return to us within 7 business days.
The Harmonic will not be held responsible for your return until we have taken receipt of the delivery. We recommend you dispatch your item using a secure and reputable delivery service that includes parcel tracking to ensure it arrives safely. It is your responsibility to return your product to The Harmonic within the required time frame.
Products that do not satisfy the terms and conditions for return will be returned to you at your expense.
