All sales are final, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
SIZING
Given we sell a wide range of brands and designers, we cannot take responsibility for sizing issues for each brand. We encourage you to research the brand and their sizing charts before purchasing.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS
- Please read the item descriptions carefully upon placing your order, as once-loved pieces are sold 'as is'. We undertake a thorough inspection of each piece prior to listing, sometimes clothing has slight flaws and these will be noted - this is all part of buying once-loved.
- If an item is faulty please contact us via email at hello@theharmonic.com.au within 5 days of receipt. Once your return has been approved please return to us within 7 business days.
- The Harmonic will not be held responsible for your return until we have taken receipt of the delivery. We recommend you dispatch your item using a secure and reputable delivery service that includes parcel tracking to ensure it arrives safely. It is your responsibility to return your product to The Harmonic within the required time frame.
- Products that do not satisfy the terms and conditions for return will be returned to you at your expense.
Shipping
Australia Standard Shipping: $12 (Delivery times may vary depending on location and Australia Post’s volume of shipments at the time)
Australia Express Shipping: $20 (1-3 business days depending on your location)
New Zealand Standard Shipping: $25 (7-10 business days). All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Rest of World Standard Shipping: $50 (7-14 business days). All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping within Australia for orders over $500.
We use Australia Post to ship all orders within Australia and worldwide. Tracking is provided with all shipments. We offer signature on delivery no charge for all shipping methods. If you decline this option by ticking the 'Authority to Leave' box in cart this means you give permission for your order to be left at the nominated address without signature and The Harmonic will bear no responsibility for any order that goes missing after it has been delivered. You are responsible for the package from the moment it is scanned as delivered by Australia Post or international postal agent.
Australian customers
For domestic orders you may choose from standard parcel post or express post shipping. Standard parcel post shipping times can vary greatly depending on your location and Australia Post’s volume of shipments at the time. Express post is our customers most commonly selected shipping option. Express post generally takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. We ship from Byron Bay, NSW Australia 2481. Unfortunately, we are not in the Australian overnight shipping network and delivery takes 2 business days to most places with some exceptions.

In instances where the duties and taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to The Harmonic a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend contacting the custom office of your country for further information as The Harmonic is not able to estimate the duties or taxes that may be incurred.
